Learning & Talent Development Specialist

This role supports the development and delivery of learning and talent development programs using sound principles, which includes providing stakeholder consultation, creating resources, and managing projects. The specialist will also deliver various programs to live audiences both in-Person and virtually, requiring stand-Up classroom instruction.

Successful candidates need demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities, including competencies like accuracy and attention to detail, business acumen, and project management. Roles at this level typically require a university/College degree with less than one year of professional experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
