Toddler Lead Teacher

The lead teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum with the teaching team. This role also involves observing children's progress, communicating effectively with families, and planning a balanced daily schedule.

Candidates must meet state requirements for lead preschool teachers and be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred qualifications include a cda or a degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with prior experience as a preschool lead teacher.
