West Valley - All School Substitute - 25-26 School Year

The substitute teacher is primarily responsible for stepping in as a class instructor, teaching reading, math, and spelling groups using direct instruction programs, and supervising students during various activities like lunch and recess. Additionally, they will assist administration by participating in dibels benchmark assessments three times per school year.

Candidates must commit to substituting at least four days per month school is in session and demonstrate strong organization skills to handle last-Minute calls, along with an excellent work ethic and initiative. Essential personal attributes include a positive attitude, flexibility to travel between campuses if needed, and a teachable mindset to follow instructions and work harmoniously with staff.
