West Valley - Secondary Substitute - 25-26 School Year

The secondary school substitute teacher provides instructional support and maintains learning continuity for grades 7–12 by implementing lesson plans and managing classroom behavior in the regular teacher's absence. Duties include adapting to various subjects, maintaining a structured environment, taking attendance, and ensuring student safety according to school policies.

Candidates must be available to substitute teach a minimum of four days per month, follow provided lesson plans across various subjects, and maintain classroom order. A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred, along with prior experience working with secondary students and possessing the appropriate state substitute authorization.
