Career advisors provide proactive, student-Centered career advising to connect academic experiences with purposeful careers, supporting students through self-Discovery, exploration, and job searching within a specific college. This role involves designing engaging programs, facilitating employer partnerships, and collaborating with faculty and community partners across northeast wisconsin.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a commitment to creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive experiences in a student-Centered environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong relationship-Building skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with microsoft office.
