Recruitment Coordinator

The recruitment coordinator will lead and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the undergraduate student population, aligning with institutional and college strategic goals. This involves advising prospective students, developing outreach events, and collaborating with various departments to attract and enroll a talented and diverse student body.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional experience working with high school or college students regarding higher education, along with event planning experience. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, prior college recruitment experience, and experience supervising student staff.
