Core responsibilities
This role primarily involves assisting students and guests during orientation events, which includes facilitating small group discussions, leading campus tours, and answering questions about campus resources and dates. The employee will also be responsible for collating orientation materials and serving as a positive role model for incoming students.
Requirements summary
Applicants must be current uwsp main campus students with a cumulative gpa of 2.5 or higher and must be available for all mandatory training and scheduled orientation dates throughout the summer, august, and january sessions. Candidates should demonstrate maturity, responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive student concerns professionally.
