Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized aba treatment plans designed by a bcba, collects and records data on client progress, and provides 1:1 direct aba therapy in a home setting. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Candidates must possess a registered behavior technician certification or be strongly preferred as a behavior technician, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (Preferred). A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are also mandatory.
