Swim Coach : Ryan

The swim coach assists in the instruction and coaching of the swim team, adhering to ymca and usa swimming standards, while preparing the area and conducting appropriate stretching and warm-Up/Cool-Down activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety and discipline during workouts and meets, and responding to individual participant needs.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum of three years of experience, including one year of coaching and two years of competitive swimming experience. Required certifications include current cpr pro/Aed and first aid, along with specific safety training for swim coaches qualifications.
