Preschool Teacher - La Jolla - Part Time

The preschool teacher will assist in supervising children aged 2 to 5, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate, play-Based activities, and ensuring a safe and clean learning environment. Responsibilities also include general housekeeping, food preparation, monitoring daily activities, and effective communication with parents.

Candidates must possess 12 core units of early childhood education, including specific core courses, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with youth in a preschool setting. Required certifications include pediatric cpr and first aid within 30 days of hire, along with passing a criminal record clearance and providing recent negative tb test results.
