Behavioral Technician - Willing to Train

Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with clients in their homes to implement behavioral plans designed by a board certified behavior analyst and are responsible for collecting data to monitor treatment progress. They must also support the bcba by training families on plan implementation and maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and demonstrate a passion for working with children, along with a strong, reliable work ethic for this fast-Paced environment. Prior experience with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental delays is preferred, and reliable personal transportation is required for commuting to assigned work locations.
