Bilingual Assistant Educator_JOR

The assistant educator will support the teaching staff by assisting in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and individual child needs, and collaborating with the lead educator on monitoring academic progress. Duties also include delivering daily lessons and understanding classroom operations for teacher absence coverage, while working individually with children to promote learning and development.

Minimum qualifications require an associate's degree in education or early childhood education, along with at least two years of experience as a teacher assistant or paraprofessional working with minority children in a classroom setting. Candidates must be 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be fluent in both english and spanish.
