Core responsibilities
The therapist provides individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, and transportation while meeting established outcome thresholds for persons served. This role involves daily travel within the community to serve youth and families, including providing safety assessment and crisis response services.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work or a comparable human services field, and while preferred, two years of direct service experience with youth and families is strongly desired. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, appropriate auto insurance, and a willingness to work flexible and on-Call 24/7 hours.
