School Based Therapist

This role involves providing individual, group, and family mental health services, case management, and transportation to youth and families across multiple school sites, while ensuring all required documentation and training are completed timely. The therapist will also coordinate community services, monitor progress on written plans, and provide necessary safety assessments and crisis response.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work or a comparable human services field, along with valid and current lgsw, licsw, or lpc licensure in west virginia. Two years of direct service experience with youth and families is strongly preferred, alongside a willingness to work flexible hours and maintain reliable personal transportation.
