Registered Behavior Technician | In-Home RBT

The registered behavior technician will deliver one-On-One, individualized aba therapy sessions to children with autism in their homes, focusing on building essential skills and independence under the guidance of a bcba. Key duties include using data-Driven techniques, collaborating with families, tracking progress via emr, and maintaining regular communication with the clinical team.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Experience working with children of various ages and abilities is required, with tricare or cpr/Bls certification being preferred.
