Youth and Family Support Worker

Provide culturally informed therapeutic interventions to promote skill building in social functioning, symptom management, coping skills, and activities of daily living for children, young adults, and their families. Collaborate with the team to ensure treatment continuity while providing both supportive services and concrete assistance like transportation and referrals.

Candidates must meet minimum education and experience requirements, which include a high school diploma with 5+ years of experience, an associate's degree with 3+ years, or a bachelor's degree with 1+ year of direct experience working with youth and families. Driving in the community with a valid license and reliable vehicle is a mandatory requirement.
