Residential Counselor - Per-Diem

The residential counselor will directly supervise and engage with youth/Residents in daily activities, supporting skill building through collaborative teamwork and facilitating recreational activities. Responsibilities also include ensuring program structure, providing positive role modeling, and assisting with basic client needs like meals and hygiene.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, as motor vehicle background checks will be conducted, and a high school degree or equivalent is required. No college degree is necessary, and the employer provides extensive training in areas like motivational interviewing and trauma informed practice.
