Special Education Teacher

The teacher will implement curricula aligned with state frameworks and common core standards for students in grades 6-12 within a chapter 766 approved school setting. Responsibilities include delivering challenging, motivating lessons using differentiated strategies, maintaining safety, modeling expectations, and ensuring compliance with ieps and agency policies.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree in education preferred, alongside at least six months of classroom experience. Candidates must maintain current licensure in moderate disabilities and the relevant curriculum area, along with required certifications like cpr and first aid.
