Sports Activity Specialist - Queens

The sports specialist will provide targeted, skill- And age-Appropriate instruction, coaching, and mentorship to youth in after-School day camp programs, organizing and leading physical activity programming while ensuring participant safety. Essential functions include motivating students, structuring daily lesson plans with clear learning goals, and maintaining communication regarding program schedules and events.

Candidates must be knowledgeable and skilled in sports with prior experience successfully teaching and instructing youth, and must be able to follow a curriculum while being responsible, reliable, and punctual. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of work-Related skill knowledge and one year of teaching experience.
