Youth Specialist-1

This role involves providing daily support to clients in a safe environment, assisting with daily living tasks, and leading or supporting group activities that promote learning and wellness. Key duties also include monitoring client well-Being, communicating updates to the team, and ensuring adherence to program guidelines.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though two years of responsible employment history is preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of confidentiality laws, strong rapport-Building skills, effective communication abilities, and demonstrate compassion.
