Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom (Infant, toddler, and children’s house ages 0-6) by helping prepare learning spaces and supporting children through individualized and small-Group activities. Key duties include observing children, maintaining an orderly environment, building relationships with families, and collaborating with lead guides.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3-6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a genuine love for young children. Interest in growing within the montessori approach is desired, though prior experience is not required.
