The nurse senior – educator will lead centralized learning initiatives such as the vizient-Accredited nurse residency program, pcs clinical orientation, and rqi competency programs to advance nursing excellence through evidence-Based education. This role involves coordinating and instructing these programs while collaborating with leadership to assess learning needs and support staff professional growth.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a current and valid connecticut rn license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with a master of science in nursing strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in emergency room or level i/Ii trauma nursing, is required, along with strong facilitation and organizational skills.
