Retention & Induction Advisor

The advisor assists new students through onboarding and retention processes during their first academic term, following up using the last day of attendance report to ensure support and overcome obstacles. Essential tasks include training new students on the student portal and learning management system (Canvas), and providing constant follow-Up to promote attendance.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in sociology, psychology, education, or related fields, coupled with two years of experience in a related student advising role. Excellent technological skills, including proficiency in ms office and teams, are also required.
