Technicians must also accurately collect and record session data and build strong relationships with clients and families.

Candidates must possess a passion for working with children and making an impact, along with strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism. While rbt certification and experience in related fields or a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred, a willingness to learn and grow within the aba field is essential.
