Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Behavior technicians work one-On-One with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This involves using evidence-Based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, demonstrating patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills, and must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must also be able to pass a background check and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
