WrapAround Facilitator I

The wraparound facilitator provides services to families in the cmh/Sedw wraparound program, helping them identify strengths, needs, and develop individualized plans. They also coordinate services among multiple providers and assist families in building a support network.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work, along with three years of supervised experience in treating minors with serious emotional disturbances. Additional qualifications include a valid chauffeur's license and the ability to engage with diverse families.
