Childwatch Childcare Assistant

The childwatch assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, and fun program for child watch and kids club participants while ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of children through close supervision. This role also involves maintaining appropriate staff-To-Child ratios, assisting with attendance records, and serving as a positive role model for youth and staff.

Candidates must possess good communication skills and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience working with children in a supervised setting is preferred, and staff must be knowledgeable about illnesses and child abuse symptoms and procedures.
