1st Grade Teacher (Mesa 2026-2027)

Teachers are responsible for instructing students using the ams curriculum standards through a differentiated approach, tracking student performance with measurable data, and guiding social and emotional skills development using pbis strategies. They must also participate in weekly professional development, communicate with parents, and coordinate with administrators to meet student needs.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for helping title 1 and esl students in underserved communities achieve college education and demonstrate enthusiasm for data-Driven instruction. A key requirement is the ability to pass a background check and obtain an ivp fingerprint clearance card, alongside adaptability to deliver the established, rigorous curriculum.
