Kindergarten Teacher (Mesa 2026-2027)

Teachers will use ams curriculum standards to instruct students above and below grade level through a differentiated approach while attending weekly professional development and meetings. Responsibilities also include communicating with parents, coordinating with staff to meet student needs, tracking performance data, and using preventative intervention strategies for social and emotional development.

Candidates must be data-Driven, culturally aware teachers determined to provide academic opportunities for all scholars, especially underserved students, and must be passionate about helping title 1 and esl students pursue higher education. Applicants need strong analytical abilities, adaptability to deliver a rigorous curriculum, and a collaborative work style paired with the ability to take initiative.
