1st Grade Teacher (Mesa 2026-2027)

Teachers are responsible for instructing students using the ams curriculum standards through a differentiated approach, tracking student performance with measurable data, and guiding social and emotional development using pbis strategies. They must also participate in weekly professional development, communicate with parents, and coordinate with staff to meet student needs.

Candidates must possess a strong passion for helping underserved title 1 and esl students achieve college education and demonstrate enthusiasm for data-Driven instruction. A requirement includes the ability to pass a background check and obtain an ivp fingerprint clearance card, alongside possessing strong analytical abilities and a collaborative work style.
