Adult Career Navigator

The career navigator will manage a caseload of 30-50 participants, developing personalized employment plans, advocating for their needs, and providing comprehensive career counseling. Responsibilities also include coordinating services with providers, monitoring training programs, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting adherence to grant requirements.

Candidates must be proficient in microsoft suite (Excel, powerpoint, teams) and standard office procedures, demonstrating strong project management skills to handle multiple deadlines and large volumes of data accurately. A willingness to learn wioa regulations and exceptional interpersonal skills for community relationship building are essential.
