Behavior technicians provide direct 1

1 and group aba therapy to children on the autism spectrum, following prescribed skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly, alongside strong reliability and professionalism.
