Candidates must obtain or maintain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification, possess a high school diploma or ged, be at least 18 years old, and have reliable transportation. The role requires physical capability, including lifting up to 50lbs and the ability to move quickly, alongside strong reliability and professionalism.
