Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, the physical ability to perform job tasks like lifting up to 50lbs, and demonstrating high levels of reliability, professionalism, and patience.
