Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional will enhance the independence of individuals by assisting with daily and personal activities, including teaching them to navigate tasks like housekeeping and laundry. Work is performed under the supervision of a house manager, involving observation and reporting.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a verifiable high school diploma or ged, and hold a valid driver's license. While no prior experience is required as training is provided, one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities is listed as a requirement.
