The skills trainer delivers structured work readiness training before and after a 150-Hour paid internship, handling essential logistics like obtaining working papers and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities also include actively recruiting internship sites, communicating expectations with employers, and overseeing field placements to ensure alignment with student career interests.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or psychology, along with a reliable vehicle and a valid driving license. Preferred qualifications include case management experience, proper documentation skills, and strong crisis-Management and problem-Solving abilities.
