The role involves learning and implementing various psycho-Educational programs and actively planning and executing daily activities aligned with the therapeutic needs of clients. This includes monitoring progress through person-Centered plans by role modeling and teaching program models consistently.

Candidates must adhere to all agency and school system policies, properly utilize the chain of command during crises, and participate positively in team dynamics with clients, families, and staff. Professionalism in all relationships and accurate daily client documentation within 12 hours are mandatory.
