BCBA Hybrid- In home

The board certified behavior analyst will be responsible for developing and managing individualized aba treatment plans, conducting assessments, and monitoring client progress. This role also requires supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and partnering closely with families to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.

Candidates must possess active bcba certification along with an arizona lba license, and should have prior experience delivering aba services in in-Home or hybrid settings. Essential attributes include strong communication, collaboration, leadership skills, and a client-Focused, outcomes-Driven mindset.
