Core responsibilities
The adolescent peer specialist will collaborate with the adolescent services team to determine appropriate care levels, document interactions, and develop/Execute adolescent-Appropriate programs, including evidence-Based prevention programming. Responsibilities also include providing transportation for members, monitoring program effectiveness, and ensuring adherence to safety and organizational policies.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 2-3 years of relevant work experience in behavioral health or adolescent support is preferred. Required credentials include cprs or cprs-F certification within 12 months, a valid driver's license, cpr/Aed certification, and narcan training, along with the ability to pass background investigations.
