Youth Development Professional

The lead youth development professional is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating daily programs and activities for youth. They must provide leadership and feedback to staff and volunteers while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a commitment to work four days a week and during the summer. Valid cpr certification is also necessary, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
