Program Therapist - Outpatient

The program therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, along with mental health clinical assessments to youth in various settings, while ensuring the financial viability of the program. Responsibilities also include engaging parents/Guardians, intervening in crises, completing required clinical documentation, and coordinating services with external agencies and treatment teams.

Candidates must be 21 years or older, pass required background checks, and hold a master’s degree in a relevant field like psychology, social work, or counseling (60 credit hour program). Professional licensure is required, ranging from montana swlc/Pclc/Mflc for program therapist 1 to lcsw/Lcpc/Mlft for program therapist 2.
