Program Therapist - Outpatient

The program therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, along with mental health clinical assessments to youth in various settings, while ensuring the financial viability of the program. Responsibilities also include engaging parents/Guardians, intervening in crises, and completing all required clinical documentation accurately.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or counseling, and must hold specific montana professional licenses depending on the program therapist level (E.g., swlc, lcsw). Applicants must be 21 or older, pass background checks, and demonstrate strong therapeutic, collaborative, and ethical skills.
