Fitness Instructor (Part Time, After School, In-Person)

The instructor will deliver a 10-Session fitness course focusing on healthy movement habits, physical literacy, and confidence through structured, age-Appropriate activities while maintaining safety-First routines. Key duties include differentiating activities for varied fitness levels, establishing inclusive participation norms, and communicating session completion tracking to site staff.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 60 college credits or an associate degree and have experience leading group fitness, coaching, or youth wellness activities, preferably with school-Age students in structured settings. Strong facilitation skills, clear communication, reliability, and the ability to model safe form cues in an inclusive environment are essential.
