Middle School: Special Education, Aide - Greater Boston (2026-2027)

Aides guide and assist individual or small groups of students requiring extra support, complementing classroom instruction under the lead teacher's direction to maximize learning opportunities. Key duties include assisting with curriculum modifications, implementing behavioral plans, facilitating social interactions, and assessing student progress.

Candidates must demonstrate deep alignment with kipp ma's mission and possess an associate’s degree, 48 college credit hours, or the ability to pass the parapro assessment (Score 464) within one year of hire. Experience with physical restraint procedures and aba techniques is preferred, along with computer literacy and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
