Youth Program Specialist

The specialist will provide direct service, supervision, and lesson planning for k-12 youth using a strengths-Based, positive youth development framework within a safe and enriching environment. Responsibilities also include supporting academic success, assisting with meals, maintaining program spaces, and planning enrichment activities.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in education, social work, or psychology is preferred, along with at least two years of youth work experience. Candidates must obtain cpr/First aid certification and complete youth worker certification within specified timeframes, and must pass various background checks.
