Early Childhood Teacher

The role involves providing a safe and developmentally appropriate infant-Pre-K child development program while supervising children, establishing routines, and documenting daily needs and observations. Responsibilities also include implementing lesson plans, utilizing conscious discipline, and collaborating with staff across other programs to support families.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with young children and must be able to pass various mandatory background checks, including criminal and sex offender registries. A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, or a child development associate (Cda) credential, is preferred.
