2nd Grade Teacher

The teacher is responsible for preparing and delivering modified lesson plans, differentiating instruction to meet diverse student needs, and maintaining accurate records of student progress and development. They must also manage student behavior, create a positive learning environment, and utilize school-Approved curricula reflecting student backgrounds.

Candidates must possess an active and current west virginia teaching license in the appropriate content area and hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Essential qualifications include comfort with growth-Focused coaching, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and passing federal and state criminal background checks.
