School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Shinnston)

The licensed practical nurse is responsible for rendering individualized nursing care, performing routine administrative and clinical tasks, and ensuring quality care by supporting organizational initiatives. Key duties include administering medication accurately, performing blood draws, assisting providers, and maintaining patient records and equipment sanitation.

Candidates must possess a current lpn license in west virginia and current basic life support (Bls) certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited lpn program. One year of experience in medical/Surgical nursing, an outpatient clinic, or a specialty area is preferred.
