Teacher Assistant Preschool

The teacher assistant will collaborate with lead teachers to support children's exploration, growth, and independence within a nurturing montessori environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe and engaging learning space, implementing lesson plans, maintaining student records, and fostering positive student development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and either hold or be willing to obtain cpr/First aid certification. Essential requirements include a genuine love for children, physical capability for tasks like kneeling and lifting children, and an understanding of health and safety guidelines.
