Intensive In-Home Services Family & Child Specialist - Northern Alabama (primarily Huntsville Metro)

The family and child specialist provides intensive in-Home skill-Based education and therapy services to at-Risk families with the goal of protecting children while safely keeping families together. Services are delivered in family homes utilizing a teaching and coaching curriculum and evidence-Based, trauma-Informed interventions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with one year of child welfare experience preferred. Required qualifications include reliable transportation, the ability to deliver in-Home services, good communication skills, and proficiency with ehr, email, and microsoft office.
